Delivery

We ship within the UK and Europe.

Orders placed will be processed and dispatched within two working day.

We use Royal Mail delivery for UK deliveries and get proof of purchase for all parcels sent. First class takes 1-2 working days and second class 2-3 working days from dispatch to delivery. For Europe we use Royal Mail International Standard and get proof of purchase. This take 3-5 working days from dispatch to delivery.

Delivery within the UK is £3.95 and free on orders over £50 with code ‘freeship50’. Delivery to Europe is £9.95.

If your order does does not arrive within the estimated time scales of delivery after you received your dispatch email please do contact to let us know as some items do unfortunately get lost in the post from time to time. In these cases we are advised by Royal Mail to wait 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days (Europe) until it is classed as a "lost item". Once this time has past and nothing has arrived we will proceed with posting your replacement. In no circumstance will a refund be issued for lost post.

Returns

We hope that you love what you have ordered. However, we understand this isn't always the case and we are happy to accept returns. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of receiving your order of your wish to return an item.

We offer a full refund if the product is then returned in its original condition and packaging (including the gift box) within 14 days of notification to us. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used when the order was placed, within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s).

Please note that we can not be held responsible for interest charges made by a credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card. The delivery cost of a returned product is at your expense.

We recommend that you use a method that allows you to track the package, as we are not responsible for products lost in transit.
